Portal 2 cosplay

So I'm making a portal 2 costume. :P
I'll be going (to dragon*con) as a test subject from portal 2 (picture below) carrying Wheatley (picture below).
I'll be making Wheatley out of an 11.5 cm hamster ball, so he obviously won't be full size, and I'm going to try to replicate the test subject as accurately as I can. I only have about 2 months (may seem like awhile, but I procrastinate and I'm a slacker), but I'll post pictures of my progress. :3
